Best Burger in San Rafael

Had a fantastic experience in this place with my wife. The food was served quickly and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are reasonable.

This place is the pinnacle of chargrilled burgers. A friend of mine used to eat here as a kid and has always raved about how good these chargrilled burgers are. This raving drove us to a quest to find these burgers of his past. We have tried 70% of the burger places in sacramento and have yet to find a good smoke-imbued juicy burger, until we drove back into his memory to find Best Burgers.From affordable prices to great tasting burgers this burger place has it all. I'm sad to say that my only problem with this place is its not closer to Sacramento.Come and eat here it's amazing.

Better burgers than a fast food chain, satisfied my craving...but "best"??? To beat the best burger I've had, the patty needs to be thicker, meatier and made from fresh, ground beef.

Good burgers and good selection

The restaurant itself is poorly maintained with food on the floor. I paid $20 for a med. Milkshake, onion rings, and a mushroom burger but ended up feeling really nauseous afterwards and by the time I got home I had thrown up my entire lunch.

Far to expensive and to little portions. $18 for a small cheeseburger, small fries, and small shake

No good , burgers small and to pricey, and they are not charbroiled like sign on window suggests, not going back.

This place might be worse than M & G's, which is saying something, although it is only in business because of its proximity to San Rafael high school and the lack of cheeseburger places within walking distance. Same issue as M & G's, burger king quality for sit down prices.

Extremely Low Quality! For the price one should go to a Real Burger joint like Phylisis's Burgers in San Anselmo! Don't take my word for it, taste for yourself!

Meat was slightly burnt. No flavor in the meat. I would have rather eaten McDonald's and I hate fast food!

They should have named the place best sliders because that's about the size of their burgers the burger was okay not the best I wasn't impressed

This burger place is willing to offer BEYOND BURGER to the public!Since Beyond Burger has been founded back in 2009, we are seeing more and more options of this burger at local and national chains such as Carl's Jr., A&W's, TGI Fridays, Del Taco, and now even Dunkin'.The owner told me today that she is looking into offering Beyond Burger and will be debuting it soon.For this, along with restaurant cleanliness, good customer service, attentiveness, credibility (the owner runs the restaurant), and overall good experience for the customer.I did not get the owner's name; a lovely Asian woman but as she says, "American first", is obviously interested in offering the public a very important option as Beyond Meat in her burgers as to support our environment and in stepping up with the times.

My burger was good but the prices was too much. For a grilled cheese and a double cheese burger and two drink was $20 and te food was not the biggest. Also looks like only 3 employees and very lonely.

Today I decide to try Best Burger I always walk by but never eat here before I order the Best Burger, the taste was like I was tasting the grill itself very smoky flavor. I order a fountain drink and it was really flat for my taste. The Best Burger was serve with shared lettuce, tomato, onions, beef, pastrami, and cheese.. ThePastrami taste great with the rest of the ingredients but I have to give up with the beef patty I was not able to have another bite. After I pull the meat off the burger I enjoy it very much it blend well just the pastrami and all the veggies. I will called it the Best Pastrami Sandwich. Anyway the place seems they need some cleaning and renovation as well. ¿If I’m coming? most likely no I will prefer Giant Burger instead. It is sad because is a great location but anyway I think most of their customers are the high school kids no a place for me of someone who are looking for a good burger for the price.

This place never disappoints. They serve awesome food for fair prices, there are no long waits even when the spot is full.

Ordered a burger told them how I wanted it and what I wanted on it and they gave me everything I didn't want. I'm highly allergic to mayo and it was caked with mayo I asked for the burger to be well done and it was not. What is wrong with this place? I called to speak to a manager and they said call back in 30 I called back and the girl who answered was super rude and hung up when I asked her what her name was she told me and hung up. I will not ever eat or refer this place I rather have burger king and its cheaper!

Burger is okay, but you'll spend like $25 here per person to get a standard meal. Fries are separate.

Good Old Fashioned Burger Joint. Simple and Delicious. A local San Rafael eatery that is close to home. The location being in a shopping center is great . Thanks Best Burger !

Nice family run burger spot. My son loves their chicken breast tenders (win!) and I'm a fan of their junior cheese burger and grilled onion. Staff are polite, fries come out hot, service is quick even in lunch rush.

Way over priced,especially when my burger wasn't cooked

Not Bad! The beef could be better quality I feel. I think it comes from Harris ranch. Maybe they should make and mash their own burger patties for a better quality burger. I was still satisfied though. 13$ for a double bacon burger without fries and a drink. The bacon was fresh hot and crispy. The produce is fresh from trader Joe's I think lol
